Tuesday, April 14th - Arrival Day

Check-in begins after 4:00 PM at the Hostellerie de Levernois, a 5-star Relais & Châteaux property located just 5 km from the historic center of Beaune and 1.5 hours from Lyon–Saint-Exupéry Airport.

Guests can enjoy the serene pool, on-site golf course, and beautifully appointed rooms with private terraces. Upgrades to private suites or rooftop villas are available upon request.

Dinner will be hosted at the hotel’s charming Bistro au Bord de l’Eau.

Dress Code: Casual (jeans, shirt, sport coat; denim acceptable)

Wednesday, April 15th - Côte de Nuits, Burgundy

A daily breakfast buffet will be available before departure each morning.

We’ll depart the hotel around 10:00 AM for a full day of immersion in Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits, beginning with a private wine tasting at 11:00 AM.

A second private wine tasting will follow in the afternoon, after which we’ll return to the hotel to unwind.

In the evening, we’ll enjoy a group dinner at Chez Septimes in Dijon at 7:00 PM.

Dress Code: Casual – jeans, shirts, sport coats, and denim are all appropriate.

Thursday, April 16th - Burgundy / Côte de Beaune

We’ll depart the hotel at 9:30 AM for the village of Puligny-Montrachet, where a private guided tour of Olivier Leflaive’s renowned vineyard begins at 10:00 AM.

Dress Code:

• Daytime: Casual – jeans, shirts, sport coats, and denim are all appropriate

• Dinner: Casual Chic – dinner will be at the hotel’s Michelin-starred La Table de Levernois; sport coat recommended, tie optional

  
  

Around 12:00 PM, enjoy lunch paired with a third private wine tasting at Le Bistro d’Olivier, followed by a fourth tasting at 3:00 PM.

That evening, our group will enjoy dinner at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, La Table de Levernois.

Dinner Dress Code: Casual chic – a sport coat is recommended; tie optional.

Friday, April 17th - Rhone Valley

Dress Code: Casual – jeans, shirts, sport coats, and denim are all appropriate.

We’ll depart the hotel at 7:00 AM for Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the Southern Rhône, where a private tour and tasting at the world-renowned Domaine de Beaucastel is scheduled for 11:00 AM.

After lunch, we’ll continue to Domaine Ogier in Ampuis for a tasting focused on Côte-Rôtie and Condrieu appellations. Following the afternoon tasting, we’ll return to the hotel around 5:30 PM.

After the tasting concludes, we’ll return to the hotel around 5:30 PM, and guests are free to enjoy dinner at their leisure; there are no organized dinner plans for the evening.

Saturday, April 18th - Surprise Day!

We’ll depart the hotel around 9:30 AM for a full day of surprises, with details to be revealed by our guide.

Dress Code: To be determined.

Sunday, April 19th - Beaune Market & Exploration

At 10:00 AM, we’ll depart for the traditional Saturday morning market in Beaune, followed by a day of exploring the city at your leisure.

The trip will conclude with a final casual dinner at the hotel’s restaurant at 7:00 PM.

Dress Code: Casual – khaki pants, slacks, and polo shirts are recommended.

Monday, April 20th - Departure Day

Check-out from the hotel is by 11:00 AM, marking the conclusion of our memorable trip.

Things to Note:

• The trip is limited to the first twenty (20) paid registrants.

• A 50% deposit of $4,000 per person + 22% service charge is required to confirm all reservations. The hotel requires a non-refundable down payment to secure rooms.

• Cancellations received between 6-3 months are subject to a fee of 30% of the total cost per person. (In that case $8,000 * 30% or $2,400 + 22% service charge per person)

• Cancellations received inside 30 days will be charged in full. ($8,000 + 22% service charge per person)

• Airfare, transportation to and from the airport/hotel, and room upgrades are not included in the quote.
