The experience combines thoughtfully paced wine country days with time to unwind and enjoy the charm of Fredericksburg.

Sunday, June 5th – Arrival | Fredericksburg
Guests arrive in Fredericksburg and check in to The Albert Hotel. Upon arrival, time is available to relax and enjoy the property, including the pool, spa, and accommodations.
In the evening, a group welcome dinner will be hosted at Vaudeville Restaurant at 7:00 PM, one of Yountville’s most celebrated dining destinations, located next to the hotel.
Saturday, June 6th – Wine Country Experience
Dress Code: Casual attire is appropriate for the day’s wine tastings and lunch — khaki pants, slacks, and polo shirts are recommended.
The day begins with a 10:00 AM departure from the hotel for the first tour and wine tasting at Bingham Vineyard at 10:30 AM.
At 12:30 PM, guests continue to William Chris Vineyard for a private tour and wine tasting, followed by lunch at the vineyard.
The afternoon concludes with a 3:30 PM tour and tasting at Uplift Vineyard. The group returns to the hotel around 5:00 PM.
The evening is open for guests to enjoy at their leisure, marking a relaxed opening night for the group.
Sunday, June 7th – Wine Country
Dress Code: Casual attire is appropriate for wine tastings and lunch — khaki pants, slacks, and polo shirts are recommended.
The day begins with a 10:00 AM departure from the hotel for a 10:30 AM tour and wine tasting at Ab Astris Vineyard.
At 12:00 PM, guests visit Kalasi Vineyard for a private tour and wine tasting, followed by a private luncheon.
The final tasting of the day takes place at 3:00 PM at Calais Vineyard.
Guests return to the hotel around 5:30 PM. In the evening, a closing dinner will be hosted at Prometheus Restaurant at 7:30 PM, located just a five-minute walk from the hotel.
Dinner Dress Code: Casual — khaki pants, slacks, and polo shirts.
Monday, June 8th – Departure
The trip concludes with hotel check-out no later than 10:00 AM, marking the end of our wine country experience.
