Sunday, November 15th – Arrival | Yountville

Guests arrive in Yountville and check in to Estate Yountville, our home for the duration of the trip. The remainder of the day is at leisure, offering time to enjoy the property, relax by the pool, visit the spa, or settle into the accommodations.









Monday, November 16th – Napa Valley

Dress Code: Casual attire is appropriate for the day’s wine tastings, lunch, and dinner — khaki pants, slacks, and polo shirts are recommended.

The day begins with a 9:45 AM departure from the hotel for a private tour and tasting at Palmaz Vineyards at 10:00 AM, featuring one of the most technologically advanced winemaking facilities in the world.




At 12:00 PM, the group continues to Dakota Sky Winery for a second private tour and wine tasting, followed by a private lunch.



The afternoon concludes with a 2:30 PM tasting at Quintessa Winery, one of Napa Valley’s most renowned estates. Guests return to the hotel around 5:00 PM.



In the evening, a private dinner is hosted at Bottega Restaurant at 7:00 PM, conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the hotel.




Tuesday, November 17th – Sonoma

Dress Code: Casual attire for wine tastings and luncheon — khaki pants, slacks, and polo shirts.

The day begins with a 10:30 AM departure from the hotel as we head into Sonoma.

At 12:00 PM, guests enjoy a private tour and wine tasting at Croix Estate, followed by a private luncheon.



The afternoon continues with a 2:30 PM private tasting at Chalk Hill Estate, known for its picturesque vineyards and distinctive terroir. The group returns to the hotel around 5:30 PM.



There is no organized group dinner this evening; however, guests may choose to dine at the world-famous three-Michelin-star restaurant, The French Laundry, by acclaimed chef Thomas Keller. Dinner attire at The French Laundry requires a coat and tie.




Wednesday, November 18th – Napa Valley

Dress Code: Casual attire is appropriate for the day — khaki pants, slacks, and polo shirts are recommended.

The day begins with a 9:45 AM departure from the hotel for a 10:00 AM private tour and wine tasting at Saint Helena Winery.



At 12:30 PM, the group visits Outpost Winery for a private tasting, followed by a private luncheon overlooking Napa Valley.



The final wine experience of the trip takes place at 3:00 PM with a private tasting at Stewart Cellars.



That evening, guests gather for a farewell dinner at 7:00 PM in Yountville, just a five-minute walk from the hotel. The restaurant will be announced at a later date.




Thursday, November 19th – Departure

The trip concludes with hotel check-out at 10:00 AM, marking the end of our Napa and Sonoma wine experience.
