Sunday, November 16th - Arrival Day
Check-in at Estate Yountville, a luxury retreat in the heart of Napa County, complete with serene pool, full-service spa, and elegant accommodations.
Monday, November 17th - Napa
Dress Code: Casual attire is appropriate for the day’s tastings, lunch, and dinner — khaki pants, slacks, and polo shirts are recommended.
The day begins with a 9:45 AM departure from the hotel for a private tour and tasting at Palmaz Vineyards at 10:00 AM, featuring one of the most technologically advanced winemaking facilities.
At 12:00 PM, enjoy a second tasting and private lunch at the elegant Dakota Shy Winery.
The afternoon concludes with a 2:30 PM visit to the stunning estate of Quintessa for a final tasting. Return to the hotel by 5:00 PM for a short break.
That evening, a private group dinner will be hosted at Bottega restaurant at 7:00 PM — just a five-minute walk from the hotel.
Tuesday, November 18th - Sonoma Day
Dress Code:
Daytime (Tastings & Lunch): Casual – khaki pants, slacks, polo shirts
Optional Dinner at French Laundry: Formal – coat and tie required
The group will depart the hotel at 10:30 AM for a private tour and tasting at Croix Estate, beginning at 12:00 PM, followed by a relaxed, vineyard-hosted luncheon.
In the afternoon, enjoy a second tasting at the scenic Chalk Hill Estate at 2:30 PM. Return to the hotel is expected around 5:30 PM.
There is no organized dinner planned for the evening, but guests will have the option to dine at the world-renowned French Laundry, a three Michelin-star restaurant led by acclaimed chef Thomas Keller.
Wednesday, November 19th - Napa Final Day of Tastings
The day begins with a 9:45 AM departure for a 10:00 AM tasting at Saint Helena Winery.
At 12:30 PM, enjoy a private tour and tasting at Outpost Winery, complete with a relaxed lunch on the vineyard grounds.
The eighth and final tasting and tour of the trip will take place at Stewart Cellars at 3:00 PM, offering a memorable close to the week’s wine experiences.
That evening, enjoy a farewell dinner at the beautifully designed RH Yountville restaurant at 7:00 PM, just a five-minute walk from the hotel.
