Sunday, July 19th - Arrival Day
Check in at the Allison Inn & Spa in Newberg. Guests can enjoy the hotel’s amenities, including the pool, spa, and beautiful grounds.
Monday, July 20th - Tastings in Newberg
Dress Code: Casual – khaki pants, slacks, and polo shirts recommended.
We’ll depart the hotel at 9:45 AM for a private tasting at Bergstrom Vineyard at 10:00 AM.
Next, we visit Domaine Serene at 12:30 PM for a private tasting, followed by a vineyard-hosted lunch.
The day concludes with a private tasting at Alexana Winery at 3:30 PM.
Guests are free to enjoy dinner at their leisure; there are no organized dinner plans for the evening.
Tuesday, July 21st - Willamette Valley Wine Tastings
Dress Code: Casual – khaki pants, slacks, and polo shirts recommended.
We’ll depart the hotel at 9:30 AM for a private tasting at Beaux Frères Vineyard beginning at 9:45 AM.
Next, enjoy a private tasting at Soter Vineyard at 11:30 AM, followed by a vineyard-hosted private lunch.
The final tasting of the day will be at Lingua Franca Vineyard at 3:00 PM, with return to the hotel around 5:30 PM.
Evening Dinner: A private dinner will be hosted at the hotel’s Jory Restaurant at 7:00 PM.
Dinner Dress Code: Sport coat recommended.
Wednesday, July 22nd - Final Wine Tastings & Dinner
Dress Code: Casual – khaki pants, slacks, and polo shirts for all tastings, lunch, and dinner.
We’ll depart the hotel at 9:45 AM for a private tasting at Nicholas Jay Winery at 10:00 AM.
Next, enjoy a private tour, lunch, and tasting at Antica Terra at 12:00 PM.
After returning to the hotel for a short break, the final event of the trip is a private tasting and dinner at Stoller Winery at 6:00 PM. Return to the hotel is expected around 10:00 PM.
Thursday, July 23 – Departure Day
After a week of exceptional wine experiences, check-out is by 10:00 AM, marking the conclusion of the trip.
